By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
- Prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and exclude applicable taxes and fees, unless stated otherwise.
- A partial payment or full payment is required at the time of booking via OnePay to secure the reservation.
- The remaining balance must be settled prior to boarding. Any additional charges (if applicable) shall be paid on board or after the meal, in accordance with the company’s instructions.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit payment is successfully completed.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Any amount paid is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- For cancellations or changes notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure, the company will support one (01) date change, subject to availability.
- No refund will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
- Any changes to the booking date, time, or number of guests are subject to availability and company approval.
3. Cruise Schedule & Boarding
- Guests are requested to arrive at the boarding location at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
- The cruise departs on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Boarding location and departure time are stated in the booking confirmation.
4. Force Majeure
- The company shall not be responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, river traffic restrictions, government regulations, or technical issues.
- In such cases, the company may offer rescheduling or alternative arrangements at its discretion.
5. Safety & Guest Conduct
- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service in case of unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.
6. Food & Dietary Requirements
- Guests are responsible for notifying the company in advance of any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
- The company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Liability
- Guests participate in the cruise at their own risk.
- The company shall not be liable for loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal belongings during the cruise, except as required by law.
8. Payment Security
- All online payments are processed securely via OnePay.
- The company does not store or access customers’ credit or debit card information.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
